OUR RETURN POLICY

We stand behind everything we sell.  If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 30 days and we'll exchange it or refund your purchase.

Sit back and relax. After the product has been received and inspected, payment will be refunded back to the original method of payment or a replacement product will be shipped.

Frequently asked 

  • Can I return my product?
    Any products not used, damaged or altered in any form within 30 days of delivery and in its original packaging is eligible for a return. Bike parts and accessories that have been mounted to a bicycle can not be returned/exchanged. Returned merchandise must include all hang tags, original packaging, paperwork, and must be packaged properly to avoid shipping damages and restocking fees. DO NOT SHIP ITEMS IN DISPLAY PACKAGING (re-use the box the item was shipped to you in at all times). Restocking fees may be applied to an in-store credit, gift card or deducted from funds returned to your original payment method. Bazhilan sports reserves the right to withhold payment processing fees at it's discretion.
  • I picked up my web order in store, how do I return it?
    If you picked your order up in store and prefer to return it in store please do! In store returns and/or exchanges can take place on the spot and all the same guidelines listed below apply to both in store and online returns/exchanges.
  • What items are not eligible for a Return?
    For hygienic reasons the following items are a final sale and not eligible for returns: Swimwear Undergarments; and Wetsuits. If you are in doubt of sizing contact us prior to placing your order at info@bazhilansports.com and we will do our best to help you select the correct size. We've helped thousands of customers over the years and have guided customers of all types and sizes into the right gear. With an intimate knowledge of each brand's unique differences in fit and/or sizing we can help guide you too. ​
  • Will I be charged any fees?
    No. You will not be charged any fees to send a product back. As a part of the RA request process you will be sent a link to create your return shipping label via Canada Post at no cost to you. We request that you package the item securely and in the smallest, most appropriately sized package possible. DO NOT SHIP ITEMS IN DISPLAY PACKAGING (re-use the box the item was shipped to you in at all times). Items shipped in display packaging will be charged up to 50% restocking fees. Bazhilane sport does not charge restocking fees for items ordered direct from our suppliers that are returned/exchanged or for products purchased from our brick and mortar stores with the exception of the following products: Special Order Bicycles - 10% restocking fees apply should you return a special order bicycle. Restocking fees may be applied to an in-store credit, gift card or deducted from funds returned to your original payment method. Bazhilane sport reserves the right to withhold payment processing fees at it's discretion.
  • When do I get my money back?
    After we receive and complete an inspection of the product/s, Bazhilane sport will complete the refund transaction within 1-2 business days and you will receive a confirmation email showing the refund amount. Please note it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on the financial institution.
